Aikido
Aikido literally translates as the "Way of Harmony" and is a modern Japanese martial art purely focused on self-cultivation and non-aggressive self-defense. On a physical level, Aikido develops flexibility, fitness, and technical skills that result in throws, rolls, falls, and locks. On a psychological level, Aikido refines discipline, selfless attention, and compassion. Among Asian martial arts, Aikido is known for its focus on form, elegance, and nonviolent conflict management.
Leave the stress of your everyday life behind and get back into your body to rediscover with Aikido the joy of movement together with others.
